At StarShield Smart Paints, we stand behind the durability and performance of our coatings, offering a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products to ensure your home renovation is worry-free. Please note that custom-tinted colors are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the paint cans are tightly sealed and placed in their original shipping containers with the protective padding to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seals are intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
